26 years working in a school building. A career built on the belief that every interaction, no matter how small, has the power to change everything.
Dr. Joe Sanfelippo spent 26 years working inside school buildings â as a teacher, coach, principal, and ultimately as Superintendent of the Fall Creek School District in Wisconsin for 12 years.
Under his leadership, Fall Creek was named an Innovative District by the International Center for Leadership in Education, twice. In 2019, Education Dive named him their National Superintendent of the Year. He was selected as 1 of 117 Future Ready Superintendents and 1 of 50 Personalized Learning Leaders by the U.S. Department of Education.
Today Joe speaks and works with school leaders across the country â not because he read about this work, but because he lived it. His message is simple: when people feel seen, valued, and supported, they do their best work. Every interaction is a chance to make that happen.
"Joe was the best keynote speaker we have had in years! His breakout session was standing room only and he received a 5 out of 5 star rating from our attendees."
